Collection: Tea Cakes

We use pink Hilamaya salt for all of our cake recipes, organic ingredients for our very own gluten free flour mix, free range eggs, organic raw coconut sugar for chocolate based chiffon cakes and raw cane sugar for white chiffon cakes,( as coconut sugar would overpower the delicate taste ). We use grapeseed oil, the best French butter and fresh cream, not to mention the top notch quality ingredients such as Iranaian pistachios, organic sour cherries, Italian chestnuts. We make you the cakes using the best ingredients possible as we were to make cakes for family and friends at home, we hope you to taste the difference where quality comes first before anything else <3
